I watched this scene almost 15 years ago. I just got it.

Robert Smigel is mostly known for his Triumph the Insult Comic Dog character but for me when I think of Smigel I think of his animation creations for SNL: Tv Funhouse.
This is a great example of how much of an impact drugs do have on Tv Sketch writing.
Another Tv Funhouse skit. This one makes fun of both pedophiles and retired child actors. It's a winning combination.
I never really watched Mad Tv because of two reasons. I am usually never home on Saturday nights and If I was I would be watching SNL. Thanks to Youtube Mad Tv's greatest works can be viewed during the middle of the day when you have nothing to do but work.
