Sacha Baron Cohen acceptance speech is absolutely brilliant. Instead of rambling on on how great the competition was in his category he decided to bring the funny.
This guy is going to make a ton of cash.
and his Fiance is super hot...
p.s. It was really strange hearing his real accent and voice.
p.p.s. If I hear another drunken bar patron do his best Borat impression at 1 in the morning that guy is going to get a broken beer bottle in the gut.
SNL: Special guest, that guy from Brokeback Moutain.
Ever since I got my Dv-r I have not missed an episode of Saturday Night Live. I had always been a huge fan of sketch comedy but I never had the time to watch SNL. Lets face it I would rather be getting shit faced at some dive bar than at home watching Patrick Swayze guest host SNL.
Now on to this weeks.
It was great. I thought it was one of SNL's best, in recent memory.
Jake Gyllenhall hosted and the Shins were the musical guest.
The Shins performed two GREAT songs, Phantom Limb and that song from Garden State.
The opening Monologue was brilliant...
Check it here.
It's been almost two years since I first heard about Brokeback Mountain and Gay cowboys are still hilarious.
